The deal will allow Gocompare.com customers who buy their policy via LifeSearch to benefit from advice on setting up trusts. Customers will also get free access to LifeSearch’s claims desk to ensure their claims are paid swiftly.

Tom Baigrie, LifeSearch CEO, said: “We are delighted to be working with a prestigious brand like Gocompare.com. This exciting new partnership ensures that more people than ever have access to quality financial advice.”

John Miles, business development director at Gocompare.com, added: “Protection is a complicated area, with so many different types and levels of cover available, so we’re pleased to be able to give our customers the opportunity to speak to a real person and get free, independent advice.

“At Gocompare.com we put the customer at the heart of everything we do, and partnering with LifeSearch further demonstrates our commitment to helping people find the best products for their circumstances.”

Lifesearch already has deals in place with Comparethemarket.com and ASDA to offer users protection advice.
