Accountancy firm Deloitte is facing a record fine over significant misconduct after pocketing £30m for advising “Phoenix Four” on their ill-fated attempt to resurrect MG Rover, The Times reported.

JPMorgan Chase is expected to announce a settlement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as early as Tuesday after being charged with rigging power markets in California and the Midwest, the Financial Times said.
