Your Money Awards

The Your Money Awards scheme has been running since 1998, and is aimed at recognising the best products and services in the personal finance arena.

The Awards are split into two categories: online and direct by phone, as well as a special prize for personal finance provision via branch network.

All of the UK's personal finance providers, of products ranging from personal loans and mortgages to sharedealing and pet insurance are vigourously put through their paces by an independent team and assessed for their quality and value.

Those providers who make the grade are subsequently roadtested and mystery shopped to ascertain the level of service on offer. The awards testing process begins every Spring, and the winners are notified in July.

The Your Money Awards supplement currently hosted on this website reveals the winners for 2012.
