Paul Noble

Paul Noble is CEO of Chetwood Bank. He joined the role in 2024 bringing more than 25 years of experience working in financial services.

Previously, he led Jamaica National Bank as CEO and managed assets at Pollen Street Capital, spearheading the investment in Tandem Bank.

Paul has held executive roles at Lloyds, Barclays, and RBS, co-founded 118 118 Money, and served as a non-executive director and board advisor across the sector.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors and holds an MBA in International Strategic Leadership
