Coventry Building Society has announced the launch of a highly competitive residential range, with Flexx for Term and fixed rate options available at up to 90% loan-to-value (LTV).

Accord Buy To Let has launched a range of mortgages for landlords at 60% LTV for the first time.

Coventry Intermediaries has launched of a 90% LTV residential range with Flexx for Term and fixed rate options.

Utilities

Exra Energy’s new ‘ValuePlus Fixed Price Sept 2015 v1’ deal will cost £990 per year.
