Revealed: the winners of the Yourmoney.com Awards 2021

Watch our video revealing this year’s winners.

The Yourmoney.com awards identify and reward those financial services providers which stand out from the crowd in terms of the price and quality of the products they offer, the ease of the user experience on their websites, the accessibility of their telephone services and overall customer support. All the contenders are put through a rigorous judging process and a customer roadtest carried out by 2,000 consumers.

Congratulating this year’s winners, Yourmoney.com editor-in-chief, Paula John, said: “The past 12 months have posed unprecedented challenges for everyone. Never has it been more important for the consumer to make the right financial decisions and never has it been more important for product providers to demonstrate their unwavering focus on the best customer outcomes.

“The Yourmoney.com awards recognise those providers who have excelled in their field, giving their customers the necessary guidance, support and access to products they need to help them navigate this extraordinary time.”
