The travel division of Voyager Systems has ceased trading. Here’s what customers need to know.

Voyager Systems (Travel Division) Ltd ceased trading as of 7 August 2020.

  • Algarve Cancellations
  • Canaries Cancellations

  • Cheap Holiday Bargains
  • Cyprus Cancellations
  • Florida Cancellations
  • Goa Cancellations
  • Go Gecko
  • Greece Cancellations
  • Take me Faraway

The Association of British Insurers (ABTA) said the company, which was an ABTA member, traded as a travel agency business, selling holidays via other tour operators.

As such, the majority of customers will be booked on a holiday provided by a tour operator and should be able to go ahead as normal.

ABTA advises customers to contact the tour operator named on their paperwork or ATOL certificate for a flight inclusive package.

This will be listed on the ATOL certificate under ‘Who is protecting your trip’.

ABTA said the tour operator should be able to confirm that they have the booking, and they are responsible for the booking going forward.

Customers who need more help should contact 020 3758 8736 or email claimsrequest@abta.co.uk.
