It’s Bank Holiday weekend – hurray – and while millions flee freezing temperatures for warmer climes, there’s plenty to keep us stay-at-home Brits occupied.

There’s the obligatory trip to the local DIY hell-hole, visits to family and friends to stuff our faces with a load of chocolate and, of course, sorting out our ISAs. (Well, what did you expect? This is a personal finance website after all).

Most of us have four days of freedom ahead and if we spend just a couple of hours researching our ISA options, we could have a lot more money to spend on Easter eggs (or paint, shelves, indoor plants – you know, DIY stuff) in the years to come.

It’s easy at this time of year to get overwhelmed by the amount of ISA information out there. Providers are battling it out for the most business with promises of the best rates, the lowest charges, the quickest set-up times and so on and they aren’t exactly quiet about it. I have received more than 50 ISA-related press releases in the last month alone.

To make your ISA research a little easier, I have collated all of our best ISA coverage including expert tips and advice here, in one place. I’d encourage you to take some time this weekend to think about ISAs – remember they are an easy way to save without letting the taxman get a slice of the action.

Have a great Bank Holiday.
