John Lewis branches out to travel

Written by:

Department store John Lewis has set up its own travel brokerage and launched a range of insurance products “in response to demand from customers”.

The services are offered under the brand name Greenbee and are marketed through a new magazine called Source.
“Greenbee is bringing the same essential values of trust, simplicity and service of the John Lewis and Waitrose shopping experience to new areas of our customers’ lives,” said John Lewis chairman Sir Stuart Hampson.
