A number of popular ideas and trends start off in the States before making their way over to the UK. Financial wellness is the latest one. But what does this include and how can you make sure you get a good work and life balance?

If employees are dealing with rising debt, paying into a retirement scheme and looking to protect their assets, they may struggle to focus on their jobs and productivity may be negatively impacted as a result.
