Darius McDermott

Darius studied at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry. He has clocked up almost thirty years within the financial services industry, all of which have been spent with Chelsea Financial Services where he’s been managing director since February 2000. He became managing director of FundCalibre at its launch in 2014. More recently, Darius is part of four strong team of investment advisors to the VT Chelsea Managed range of multi-asset funds. Darius is also the Chairman of the Association for Independent Discount and Non-Advisory Brokers (AIDB) and a member of the IA sectors committee as well as a judge on most fund manager awards including Investment Week and Portfolio Adviser.
