About the ratings

Unlike schemes based on submissions or sponsorships, the YourMoney.com Awards are judged using genuine customer feedback.

Stage one: Shortlisting

Entries are initially shortlisted based on price, product structure, and overall value.

The top five entries in each category will move on to the next stage.

Stage two: Consumer panel assessment

We partner with a 3rd party Market research agency to survey real UK consumers on their experience with banks, insurers, investment platforms, and more.

Participants are asked to score companies on areas like service quality, user experience, buying process, ease of use, transparency, and satisfaction.

No entry fees. No pay-to-play. Just independent recognition based on real-world experience.

Nominations will open for the 2027 YourMoney.com Investment Awards on Thursday 27^th August 2026.

The awards celebrate the investment platforms, pensions and ISAs that are delivering outstanding value, innovation and customer outcomes for UK investors.
