Three firms are to be congratulated on taking home multiple trophies in the Awards 2021

The awards exist to highlight those providers offering the very best products and service to customers in the highly crowded and competitive financial services marketplace.

To win one award is a laudable achievement, particularly in these extraordinary times. To win multiple awards deserves particular acclaim. In the Awards 2021, three financial services providers alone managed this extraordinary feat.

Tesco Bank deserves special mention, scooping the title of Best Overall Provider, along with the gongs for Best Car Insurance Provider and Best Home & Contents Insurance Provider.

HSBC UK and Post Office must also be congratulated on their double wins. HSBC UK romped home with the award for Best Mortgage Provider and also Best Credit Card Provider.

Post Office can proudly claim the of accolades of Best Life Insurance Provider and Best Travel Insurance Provider in the Awards 2021. editor-in-chief, Paula John, said: “The Covid-19 situation has presented a whole host of new challenges, considerations and customer circumstances over the past year that have affected how product providers have priced and positioned products, and the customer service that supports their offering. Managing this sufficiently successfully to earn one award is a huge achievement. Being judged as the best in breed in multiple categories is simply outstanding. Well done.”
