YourMoney.com Awards 2018

The prestigious YourMoney.com Awards recognise the efforts of those organisations which offer the best products and services to consumers.

Well done to all of the 2018 winners! See full list here

Now in their 21st year, the YourMoney.com Awards are the longest standing awards in the industry.

All entrants will be subjected to a rigorous judging process based on competitiveness of price and structure. Short-listed firms are then judged by a panel of readers who mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service provided in each product area.

The judging process

The way our winners are decided is the main reason so many firms – both high street names and challengers – vie for one of these highly coveted accolades.

Our tried and tested process has made our awards the most trusted in the industry for 21 years.

The first thing that differentiates us is we recognise the different ways the general public accesses their providers.

Each award has a direct and online winner, which makes sense in today’s day and age. After all, a company with an outstanding online offering may not offer the same level of service over the phone.

For each category there is a two-stage judging process. First, firms are short-listed based on competitiveness of price and structure.

Each category shortlist is then judged by a panel of readers who mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service provided in each product area.

So every winner has been chosen on merit, and because they really are the best in their field.
