Theresa joined Novuna Personal Finance in 2013 to develop and launch the group’s first direct to consumer personal finance channel, creating the digital marketing infrastructure for the business as a whole and repositioning the brand in the process. With over 30 years industry experience, Theresa has held senior positions both agency and client side, in marketing & business development across a wide range of industry sectors, building the strategy to deliver more effective customer engagement across a number of channels. This includes both retail and corporate finance to over a decade in international marketing as Director of Business Development & Marketing for one of the largest Government agencies tasked with securing global investment in the UK. As group marketing director, Theresa is responsible for the overall brand strategy across all marketing channels in the group. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
