They highlight the firms that have excelled in their field, going above and beyond customer expectations over the past 12 months.
Winning a YourMoney.com Personal Finance Award is no mean feat, particularly in the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. Firms need to impress the toughest critics – our very own YourMoney.com readers who expect unrivalled customer service with product choice and competitive pricing to match.
Financial services firms are invited to nominate products and services via an initial questionnaire with entries then judged via a comprehensive two-stage process:
- Stage 1: Entries are shortlisted by price and product structure, with the top five providers in each category progressing to the next stage.
- Stage 2: Shortlisted entries will be vigorously assessed for service by a panel of YourMoney.com readers with an overall winner decided in each category.
